We have been having a great time learning about life in cold climates and the Arctic. One of the things we have looked at is how Inuits live and what they eat. One thing we did learn is that most live in quite modern houses now but they still build igloos when they go hunting or for fun!
We decided to set up our own Inuit hunting party and Igloo!

We used a wooden fishing set to catch  fish and then cook them over the fire for dinner.

Be careful. Don’t burn your fingers on the hot fire!

We have also been colouring pictures of animals that live in cold climates and looking at which live in the Arctic and which are from the Antarctic.
