Valentines counting

B and I sat together today working on some valentines counting. This was really good for one to one correspondence as she placed a button down in a box for each number she said. We also talked about what number came next. What is 1 more than …. and then checked her answer by adding 1 more and counting the whole group again. We worked on the valentines sheets, numbers 1 to 10.
